(1)Introduction and Application
This product has the characteristics of fast cooling and bright metal surface. It shows excellent performance in the bench test. The oil modulated by this product can achieve the ideal performance of temperature and time. It is one of the top quality additives package in China.
This product is suitable for modulating the common quench oil, fast quenching oil and bright quenched oil of standard grade of SH0564-93. Overspeed quench oil can be modulated by adding a special cooling accelerant.

According to the requirements of SH/T0164, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75°C for the storage, handling and blending of the product, and it should not exceed 45°C for long-term storage.
